was and am advised by Mr. Eisner personally best and have due to his advice and especially the exact measurement of my spine, I have purchased a mattress with slatted frame (perfectly adapted to the spine) and cushion in January 2023. And what can I say, I sleep much better since then and am always well rested and therefore in a good mood.
I can only warmly recommend Schlaf(t)raum.

Mr. Eisner and his colleague take much more than enough time to advise each customer in detail. Even with a complaint (wrong delivery of a bed company), Mr. Eisner has taken care of the entire process, was always available, reliable and everything could be completed to complete satisfaction.
Definitely recommend, I have rarely experienced such a good buying experience or customer service.

When buying a new mattress, I was advised very friendly and extensively. I was able to try it out for a long time and never felt rushed. Of three mattresses that were suggested to me, I chose one model and now sleep very well on it. I am also very happy with the cushion that was recommended to me. The delivery also went smoothly. If I need something for my bed again, I will contact Schlaf[traum] again at any time.

Mattress purchase: Uncomplicated appointment, very relaxed, friendly and extremely competent consultation including biometric measurement and test lying of the matching mattresses.
No pushy selling of additional products, but on request also competent advice regarding upholstery, blankets, mattress protectors, etc.
We have already been to several other dealers and can recommend Schlaf(t)raum and Mr. Eisner without reservation!

I recently bought a polster.am certainly a very demanding customer, as I am a perfectionist and question everything..the consultation lasted accordingly relatively long.I was advised by mr. eisner, if I remember correctly..and believe me, he had to create every single polster to test lying here...;) he remained very friendly and very competent...and I have the impression he does his job really like...I am overjoyed with my new cushion and really sleep better with it...could not remember a better purchase under 100 euros this year and would not give him for 1000 euros again...;)
