Rudi explains everything very competently and in detail. He is an excellent and motivating drum teacher with a lot of experience. The weekly programs are very varied. The course is didactically very well structured.

The compact course is structured very systematically and the individual learning contents are easy to implement. However, you have to develop a certain discipline - such a week goes by very quickly!
I find the consistent guidance to the warm-up's very helpful, as well as the division of the exercises in learning content on the snare drum and on the drum set.
Overall, the course is a lot of fun, although the learning progress does not come by itself.

"Pimp Your Groove" is the sensible supplement to Rudi's year-long course, which directly follows up on learned content and sets new impulses for independent, free and creative playing. Mia

I can only give my full recommendation for the Moeller course, it takes time to implement everything, but it was worth it. Rudi explained it really great and very understandable, a great teacher. Those who want to learn a different technique and want to become even faster, should treat themselves to this course!!! Have fun and Cool Drumming🥁

After a long search on the Internet for an online drum lesson, I found the offer of Rudi Hein.
I immediately liked what and how Rudi Hein conceives the lessons. I was confirmed when I saw not only the great abundance of tutorials on Youtube / Facebook, but then by the free trial version "Schlagzeug kompakt".
The weekly structure of the lessons in warm-up, theory, snare, drumset , snare and drum solo are so vivid, uplifting and excellently structured that it was no question for me to buy the complete package " Drumset compact" ( at a fair price ! ).
( The lessons are supplemented by downloadable PDFs, music examples, playalongs, etc. )
I have not regretted it !
I had as a young man autodidactically taught myself a little drumming; but with all the mistakes you can make. And then didn't play for years. So I was a beginner when I started Rudi Hein's lessons.
Now, after almost a year of "playing" my playing has improved considerably:
I can play by notes; know a lot about stick position, hand position, rudiments, Moeller technique, fills etc. and can -thanks to the great online lessons- practice specifically on them.
As feedback ( control ) for my progress and mistakes, I can contact Rudi Hein via live video lesson, via messenger and especially via "presence lesson".
A lesson at his home was a "highlight" for me.
With great dedication, pedagogical skill and completely without time pressure !!, Rudi Hein made a lot of effort and proved to be a sympathetic, great teacher and musician.
Such a lesson "on the spot" is ( almost ) worth every trip !!!

The Moeller course is suitable for intermediate to advanced drummers and includes sophisticated step-by-step instructions directly for playing along. The special thing about the course is that the technique is also applied to drum set playing. A recipe for success. Rudi's videos leave no questions unanswered - and if you do, you get an answer to every question. I actually play looser and faster now - thanks Rudi! Your online courses are simply sensational!

The online course "Moeller Technique" can be taken by slightly advanced beginners as well as by graduates of the online year course. The trainer Rudi Hein explains sticking from the ground up, so that beginners can get started without any problems. By the end of the course, the Moeller technique is worked out in all details, so that even graduates of the online year course will achieve a significant improvement and deepening of skills. For me, Part 5 in particular, where you learn to use the Moeller technique on the drum set, is outstanding. I improved my hi-hat playing by leaps and bounds within a very short time. The course can be recommended without reservation. Especially at the sensational price.

The course is a great enrichment for an advanced beginner like me. Rudi is didactically excellent. He guides you step by step. The videos are of the highest quality. I have noticeably developed during the course. The grooves used in the course are technically challenging but doable. I loved watching how I struggled to learn the grooves at the beginning of the course and refined them technically by the end. Top! I can wholeheartedly recommend this course. The price is lower than a trainer lesson, but offers content that goes far beyond a trainer lesson.

The combination of professional musicians with well-done lessons and a sympathetic charisma is a great fortune for anyone willing to learn.

Rudi Hein introduces the student to the drumset in a very detailed and comprehensible way. Every week there are videos on warmup, theory, basic exercises and drumset.
Rudi has filmed the videos in different camera angles and explains everything very precisely. None of the videos is long-winded or incomprehensible. If you have any questions, he is happy to answer them in detail by e-mail - but I have only used it once.
The course as a whole is very well structured and motivating. There is no time pressure, the content is released weekly, but a vacation break or repetition of content is no problem. The course is designed for 52 weeks - so a lot of material and videos - but does not have to be completed in this period.
I am glad to have found this course and have not regretted starting for a minute.
Dear Rudi, you put a lot of work and heart and soul into your course. But that is also noticeable in every video - it's a lot of fun to drum according to your instructions.

The online course can be continued at any time when I have time and there is no need for time-consuming travel. Rudi Hein explains each lesson clearly, in detail, very easy to follow and builds on each other. The accompanying texts allow me to create a practice booklet and practice on the drum set at any time. The audio examples help me to play slowly at first and then faster. And this is especially fun, because now I can play e.g. rhythms, fill-ins and rolls to well-known pieces of music. Rudi always gives me tips on how to watch myself to see if I'm on the right track. The drum lessons are now already for me after 12 lessons absolutely recommendable for all drum fans! Mia

Hi Rudi, I am fully satisfied with the course. The course is even better than I expected. All lessons are very detailed and even the theoretical part is interesting. With the diligence it is not so good at the moment, because the weather is too nice. Unfortunately, you can't just pack up a drum kit and take it with you. But it will be different again.

I'm now in week 22, so about halfway to the goal 😀 I'm very happy I chose Rudi. There are very professional videos every week with different camera perspectives, which is incredibly beneficial because you can rewind, unlike the presence coach. The lessons build on each other.
Rudi Hain is not only a professional and good teacher, but also very empathetic and knows the weaknesses of most students, encourages in the videos again and again to train certain exercises consistently, because they are important for the next lessons and indispensable foundations for the later drummer's life.
What I can't manage at all in terms of time are all the additional offers from Rudi. On the YouTube channel, more short instructional videos are posted free of charge every week, which are independent of the course, but could complement it well. I'm taking all of this on board for after my course 😀
I chose Rudi because I had estimated the professionalism and thus the chances of success as it is now confirmed halfway through. In addition, I have deliberately decided against a subscription model, as it is mostly offered online. The subscription expires after 52 weeks and I can no longer access the content. That's bad if you need a little longer for some lessons.
At the beginning I mentioned that I am in week 22. This is not true, as I am currently working on lesson 20. Job stress and construction work at home have caused me to put myself on hold twice. Presumably this will happen again during the vacation season. If I had a subscription model now, I would easily miss a month already.
