Die Ausbildung bei Marcel Schlee zum Systemischen Online Coach (SOC) habe ich als praxisnah, persönlich bereichernd und sehr professionell erlebt. Besonders wertvoll fand ich die Verbindung aus systemischen Methoden, moderner Coaching-Praxis und persönlicher Weiterentwicklung.

Neben den fachlichen Inhalten habe ich auch für mich persönlich viel mitgenommen – mehr Klarheit, neue Perspektiven und ein besseres Verständnis für zwischenmenschliche Prozesse.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das gesamte Team. Nils war bei technischen Fragen immer schnell und zuverlässig zur Stelle. Tabea hat mit ihrer herzlichen und strukturierten Art für eine tolle Organisation gesorgt. Martin und Sigrun haben die Q&A-Sessions kompetent begleitet und immer Raum für individuelle Fragen geschaffen. Auch die Masterclass mit Sabine und Stefan waren eine große Bereicherung und haben viele wertvolle Impulse geliefert.

I have taken the course "The Solar Resonance Formula" and I am very enthusiastic about it. Even if what I was able to find out about myself is sometimes quite "painful", it confirms what I have been feeling inside me for a long time. Knowing that I am not wrong is very reassuring. I like working with the formula to make better decisions for myself. I am very satisfied with the course and can recommend it without reservation.

I find myself drawn to the ideas that are put forward. I can work with clear content. Everything is communicated openly and honestly. I really respect the hard work and commitment of each individual in the team. Marcel's genuine interest in working directly with his clients in person is commendable. My curiosity was aroused so that I could try out what was explained. The solar resonance station, for example, was truly magical with heart palpitations. The energy lasted for a long time, even my pet felt it. I hope many curious people want to try it out. Dear Marcel and dear Schlee & Cie team, at this point a big thank you to ALL of you that I became aware of you after a major crisis last year in November 2024.
With the SOC training, I was able to achieve a lot of positive things in myself, get a new perspective, reflect on myself and let a lot of what I learned take effect and put it into practice. With my change, my whole environment has also changed for the better. My partnership became more fulfilling, people who were energy robbers disappeared or I let them go and I was able to find my calling.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the coaches once again from the bottom of my heart for their great guidance, the good support from Team Support, the super input and much more. Systemic work is simply wonderful if you understand it and put it into practice.
Keep up the good work and continue to touch so many people into a beautiful, peaceful, fulfilled and happy life.

I am currently taking part in the 'Systemic Online Coach' training and I am really enthusiastic. The content is incredibly in-depth and offers a real wealth of knowledge. The structure and organization of the training are very well thought out - everything is clearly explained, easy to understand and underpinned with lots of practical examples.

What I particularly appreciate is that it's not just theory. The practical application of what you have learned is a central part of the program - exercises and tasks directly guide you to actively apply your knowledge. This gives me confidence and allows me to really internalize what I've learned instead of just keeping it in my head.

A great course that combines depth, structure and practice wonderfully!

I have been training here since February and am very enthusiastic about the content and possibilities. Although I am rather reserved in the meetings, I have since attended several training courses on the Online System Board and have also had plenty of opportunity to practise there. The OSB has also often been incorporated into my freelance work, where everyone, without exception, has been very enthusiastic about systemic constellation work and its magic. The more experience I gain, the more confident I become in my plans to go online after my marketing training next year. As I am lucky enough to be able to retire in 2028, I have no financial pressure and can build up my online business step by step as it develops. The driving force will be my enthusiasm for systemic work, which has increased even more with the addition of constellation work. I want to make the most of the year to gain as much experience as possible. Thank you very much for the many opportunities and the great support here!

I watched the 1st training on AI use several times and then tried it out. Thank you very much for your suggestions. After the 1.1:1 session, I was able to do more research, get to my root causes and clarify the steps I can take and that makes it much easier for me to stake out my sub-goals and go with the focused direction. The support was always excellent and you ALWAYS had someone to talk to if you had any questions. The networking was also great, especially for practicing.
Misunderstandings were discussed and resolved.
It's particularly great that you remain part of the community even if you've already taken the exam. If questions arise in practice, you still have the opportunity to ask questions.

The Systemic Online Training (SOT for short) is a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in the subject matter of systemic constellation work & to gain an understanding of all the issues we encounter in our lives. I met Marcel Schlee & Peter Kleylein 9 years ago at a master class & and I was immediately fascinated by the knowledge they both imparted. I then decided to train in this field & since then my life has changed completely. At SOT, I learned to work with the system board, which gives me great flexibility. I love the exchange in the live Q&A meetings via Zoom, the community is very appreciative & loving.
