Ms. Schön not only looks after the senior citizens in a very friendly manner, she also takes time to talk to the relatives. Ms. Schön is also well informed about how to apply for and receive the benefits to which you are entitled. She also has very good contacts with care facilities. My father is very satisfied and always looks forward to a visit from Ms. Schön.

Ms. Schön is a gift. She is extremely competent, always friendly, easy to contact and very solution-oriented. This makes Ms. Schön an excellent support for me as a relative of parents in need of care. Without Ms. Schön, many things would be more difficult and even more stressful. When I first came into contact with Ms. Schön, I had no experience with care at all.
Ms Schön helped me with comprehensive information in every area of care, e.g. organizing everyday aids and financial support.
The decisive help came when she assisted my mother with the classification of her care level. Thanks to Ms. Schön's extensive expertise and experience, my mother was able to be classified in the appropriate care level. Without Ms. Schön, we would only have managed this with immense effort. Mrs. Schön continues to check on my mother's condition at regular intervals, which I don't take for granted.

I got to know and appreciate Ms. Schön at a time when I felt completely overwhelmed and left alone with my family care situation - everything about this topic was new and unfamiliar to me. Ms. Schön's clarity, calm statements/announcements and professional competence (which I couldn't judge at the beginning - but which was confirmed over time) helped to bring structure and order to the situation time and again. And really at (almost) any time of the day or night!
I can't give any answers to some of the feedback questions such as general conditions, industry standard, documentation.... I can't give any answers as I have no comparison. For me, Ms. Schön and the service she offered was my savior in a really, really difficult time for me/us. I can and will recommend her wholeheartedly. THANK YOU!!!

The Freising care support center put us in touch with Ms. Schön. Ms Schön took over the organization of medical and therapy appointments, as well as the application for support services (care allowance, aids, etc.). She competently and reliably built up a suitable support network within a very short time. Her warm and empathetic manner enabled her to establish a trusting relationship with both the person in need of care (aged 59) and his wife.
As close and distant relatives, we were also able to rely on her and were always in good contact with her. This meant that important decisions could be made quickly and in line with the situation for the benefit of the person in need of care.
Ms. Schön has a wide-ranging network, a high level of professional competence and acts with great empathy in the individual situation.

Anyone who is suddenly faced with a new phase of life, whether due to illness or old age in general, urgently needs good advice on what to expect. Unfortunately, there is generally too little information available, and it is difficult to gather it on your own. Ms. Schön is a contact person for all matters, but also sees the individual needs, as the person also comes into play. I can recommend Ms. Schön with a clear conscience, she has given me a new lease of life despite my illness. Please ask for advice, you have many options and should make use of them.

In the difficult situation of reconciling care and work, Ms. Schön and her support were the long-awaited ray of hope. Calm, friendly and competent, she always managed to find solutions, even when things had to be done quickly and seemed impossible. As a family caregiver, I really appreciated the fact that I had someone I could rely on and who was always there to help me find solutions - and always in a positive manner. This made it possible for me to give up and even go on a relaxed vacation. Thank you very much for this and I would definitely recommend you!

We have tried since Thursday in the country (Freising district) to find a care service for a daily routine for at least to (wash , advise) .
No chance!!! We have called at least 60 different institutions also at the health insurance , MDK.... It was always said "we are overloaded , not responsible for the locality , unprofitable ....
UNTIL I got the "SECRET TIP", our rescue Ms. Schön of "beautifully networked".
He was Friday afternoon about 16 clock .
Mrs. Schön made me first little hope , in view of weekend , time .... But she made the impossible possible. She has used her existing, hard-earned vitamin B / her good networking a 24h caregiver still on the weekend organize. The price performance is DEUTHLY lower than a nursing service !
Also, we were lucky with a trained caregiver on top of it.
100% competent and burns for it , challenges to master . We thank you again most sincerely .
