The consultation was perfect. Work was always done from the customer's point of view. The entire process was very transparent. You always knew what the current situation was. (Where are the goods, etc.) The delivery ran thanks to the IT controlled planning top.

The material is super. All in all, I was more than positively surprised how well everything works.

We bought pretty much all the stones for our house construction from the company Schubert Stone. (Garden wall cladding, patio slabs, pool slabs, indoor stones, garden wall in natural stone and wall facing) Starting with the advice from the owner and also no less professional from the staff, we felt very comfortable from the beginning and were very inspired by the ideas and found all our materials. Here they really work with passion and a very strong sense of service. For us as customers, this is exactly what really counts. Our masterpiece is our large marble slab as an indoor picture - a real gem. We didn't have that on the plan, but when Mr. Schubert showed us his extensive "collection" of different stone slabs, which are true works of art and above all materials from nature - we decided immediately! Thanks to the whole Schubert-Stone family, who gave us so many beautiful materials!

The online appointment on the website worked great. My husband and I were then met by a very personable consultant with a pleasant atmosphere and good coffee. The consultant was not only understanding of our project and personal needs, but also really took the time to elicit the ideal combination of materials for the interior and exterior of our home. The tip to bring all of the as-built samples of siding paint, gutters, wall colors, etc. to the appointment proved to be very useful. We were then able to create a collage of materials with our existing samples and the stone and parquet types selected on site at SCHUBERT STONE, just like in an architecture studio, in order to find the perfect color combination. After all, you build a house once and everything has to fit together. Since the quality of the materials also plays a major role in the future value of the entire property, the money is well invested here in any case.

Of course, you can't compare the quality and professional advice at SCHUBERT STONE with cheap tile online stores. We also clicked through at first, but came to the conclusion that we would like to walk on and test the materials on large surfaces in daylight, and that is only possible in a physical exhibition. The expert advice, which ultimately led to the one perfect material combination, was also indispensable for us.

SCHUBERT STONE not only has the most beautiful products in my eyes, but also the largest formats. We have planned the format 240x120cm in the interior and exterior, which looks very generous, since one gets along with much fewer joints than with a 60x60 tile.

We are now very pleased with the result and can hardly wait to have the selected materials laid. I can only warmly recommend the company SCHUBERT STONE on Breitenfurter Straße! In our fast-moving times, it was also once again good to be personally attended to with empathy and patience and finally find what we were looking for.
