Overall, I am more than satisfied. The team achieved more than I had hoped.
In between, I would have liked a little more communication about individual steps, especially with regard to negotiations. But at the very beginning, the firm mentioned that they would take care of everything and that I, as the client, would have nothing to do with it....
Thank you very much for the empathetic care and the support for my second chance: less total debt with significantly less monthly burden.
At this point I would normally say "glad to do it again", but I think every reader understands how it is meant! :-D

Contrary to expectations, the process took longer overall, but given the number of creditors, this was due to the lengthy feedback. An out-of-court settlement was unfortunately not achievable, but was still super advised and you will continue to look after my insolvency. Super nice contact, only was at times an email traffic something lukewarm. At the current Corona time was probably too much to do :). By phone I have always reached someone.

I took advantage of the free initial telephone consultation and had Ms. Weber at the service.
After I explained my current situation regarding my debts and the pending foreclosure of the house and Ms. Weber asked some core data from me, I received from her an honest, fair and professional advice. Core of the statement was it finally: I will settle on private way the debts (a single payment i. H. v. 3,000 €, followed by installment payments with the other creditors). All this without legal assistance, because the legal fees set by law would be disproportionately high in my case - freely quoted Ms. Weber said: "of course we also want to earn, but not at your expense Mr. K."

After this experience with the Schulz Law Firm and Ms. Weber, I know that I will first contact the various experts at the Schulz Law Firm for any upcoming legal disputes!
