I’m a self-employed massage therapist working on my own. Since I started using Shore, 90% of the booking process has been automated. No more endless phone calls or chats. Client information is retrieved automatically, and reminders are sent automatically (I used to do that manually). With Shore, I’ve bought myself some time, and I’m happy about every client who books and pays online. Whether I’m on vacation or not checking my phone, Shore runs 24/7.

Shore GmbH Comment from Shore GmbH:
Feedback like this shows us exactly why we’re developing Shore.
So that self-employed professionals like you no longer have to worry about phone calls, chats, or reminders—and can instead reclaim real time.
The fact that Shore keeps working for you even while you’re on vacation is a great example of just how much time automation really saves you.
We wish you continued success with your practice!

Shore is a great tool for scheduling business appointments.
It would also be helpful if the calendar were locked for customers even when only one person is using it.
Specifically, there are two of us, but we only have one workstation.

I’m very satisfied with Shore and the entire team. I’d especially like to single out Giulia, though. She’s incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. She always takes the time to answer questions, responds quickly, and you can really tell that customer satisfaction is important to her. That’s exactly what you want in excellent customer service. Thank you so much, dear Giulia, for your wonderful support and your friendly manner. You definitely get 5 stars from me! ❤️

It's easy to make an appointment, but unfortunately, older people don't have internet access, so they can't use the website

Shore GmbH Comment from Shore GmbH:
The fact that older people often don't have internet access is an important point.
Shore is primarily a digital solution. Many of our customers supplement online booking with phone appointments to reach all target groups.
We look forward to continuing our collaboration!

We switched from Treatwell to Shore, which has saved us a lot of money on commissions. The switch has been worth it for us. But please improve the API—it’s outdated in 2026.

I’m still missing the ability to enter hours, overtime, etc., as you can with the Aplano app, or the option to embed a third-party app for the work schedule. As it stands, we have to enter everything manually in both apps… or enter everything in a third-party calendar and then embed that one
(However, according to our IT department, that doesn’t work either.)
It would also be helpful if we had a feature for important comments (such as “This booking is binding”). Although everything is listed in the expandable description, but we’ve noticed that people these days don’t read anymore unless a red warning pops up and has to be clicked away...

I've been using Shore for a long time and am very happy with it. The price is high, though. But it's worth it when you have problems. There's always someone available to answer the phone.
