It started with the purchase of the used vehicle. It took several weeks to fit the towbar. We had to borrow a car twice to fit the winter wheels. The cause in both cases was apparently the lack of personnel (at the workbench.) Appointments were allegedly made by a call center. They are obviously not able to coordinate time schedules for activities and available personnel. Criticism explicitly does not apply to the foreman and employees.
