I have had nothing but positive experiences with Ms. Pieper, both with my private and with the consulting for our company. She is available around the clock, has a direct answer to every question and is there to help with any problems. We have already had a number of claims in the company and these were dealt with immediately and we received a refund in the shortest possible time. Even if we ourselves forget to submit receipts or miss deadlines, Ms. Pieper politely reminds us and is always on hand with competent advice and a lot of commitment. Ms. Pieper was recommended to me because I had problems with my basic disability insurance. The agent did not care and I was left alone to get benefits. Ms. Pieper took my contract into her portfolio and took care of it, was always at my side until I then got the pension. That is not a matter of course and I would like to thank her for that. I am glad that there are people like that!!!
