Ms. Schorta was engaged in our company for the "knowledge transfer" from the managing director to the successor.
In a few and short successive meetings, various topics were identified that could be implemented with concrete measures in the future. Mrs. Schorta acted here above all as an external moderator, who showed great interest in the acting persons and always processed all arguments without valuation.
We see the work of Ms. Schorta as a central point for the business handover and thank her for her great work!

The knowledge transfer with Ms. Schorta was a very exciting experience. The work on the knowledge map was very intensive, but the result is impressive. Ms. Schorta always knew how to record the information in a good and understandable way. Now I have a great guide for my:n successor:in and a detailed action plan with all my to dos until my last day of work. This provides a great thread that I can follow and thus a lot of security for a good handover. Thank you very much, Ms. Schorta!
