I don't even know how to put into words what this law firm - and Ms. Diepold in particular - means to me. After more than 15 lawyers had previously turned me down ("no capacity", "too hopeless"), she took on my case. Where others slammed the door in my face, here I experienced humanity, empathy and incredible professionalism.

From the very first conversation, I felt seen, understood and taken seriously. Ms. Diepold supported me with clear words, courage and empathy - and it was precisely because of this that I dared to take the step of claiming my rights. While many said it was hopeless, she stood up for me and made the seemingly impossible possible.

The result speaks for itself: I won my case. But even more important to me than the result is the way I was supported along the way: humanly, respectfully, honestly and with real passion.

I am incredibly grateful. This law firm is not only at the highest professional level, but also embodies something that has become rare in everyday legal practice: genuine humanity. Many could take this as an example.
