For several years, our reception has been staffed by receptionists from SOW Sicherheitsdienst GmbH. The performance has been consistently good, staff absences have always been compensated by trained temporary staff, which is why there has never been a failure, since the beginning we have the same contact person, which is no longer a matter of course nowadays ... Short-term protection for our company building in Ludwigsburg was possible on the same day despite request. The manager came to us at the beginning of the watch and discussed all the details with us and the security guard. This is what service must look like in 2022.
