The device was in bad condition, the controls did not work, so it was extremely hot and the ventilation could not be switched on. There was no music, the tubes had several black spots and you could also see dirt fluttering inside. All in all, not the Speedsun standard one would recommend. The person behind the counter was aware of the situation and simply said "we promise to improve" without offering any compensation.
