I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Bultmann for his outstanding support during my job search!
I was very impressed right from our first meeting. He was extremely friendly and dedicated, and he took the time to carefully learn about my professional experience and career goals.
I particularly appreciated his valuable tips and practical advice on preparing for the application process. Such guidance is especially helpful for people with an international background.
What I’d especially like to highlight is his warm and empathetic nature. He not only provided me with professional guidance but also offered personal support, encouraged me, and made me feel at ease throughout the application process. I always felt that my professional success truly mattered to him. Communication was always pleasant, reliable, and professional. I felt well taken care of and kept informed throughout the entire application process.
Thanks to his support, I’ve found a great new career opportunity and am very much looking forward to my new position.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Bultmann as an extremely competent, dedicated, and empathetic recruitment consultant.
Thank you very much for the wonderful collaboration!

I came to Step Advisors on the recommendation of a friend and was very lucky to get in touch with Alex. If I had to describe him in one sentence it would be "one man, one word".

After 10 years out of work, I didn't expect to find a job so quickly. But Alex was confident right from the start and was able to dispel my biggest doubts in the very first interview. Not only did he manage to find a suitable position for me in a very short space of time, he also found exactly the firm that was 100% right for me. The telephone briefings and handouts were worth their weight in gold. Alex works extremely professionally and is always in the best of moods and cordial, so that you have the feeling that you are talking to a friend. In every phone call and every message, you can sense the dedication with which he pursues his vocation. I guess that's what makes Step Advisors so special. I don't think I'll be needing a headhunter any time soon, but if I did, I would only want to use Step A. for my search.

Many thanks for everything

Highly recommended!

My contact person was Mr. Kocur, who was always available for me.
At the beginning, he inquired about the professional knowledge and requirements of the future employer in order to be able to send optimal offers.
On a positive note, I was sent an email with a handout containing useful tips before each interview. Some of it is basic, but some is valuable to read up on.
After each interview, he also asked how the interview had gone and gave me feedback.

I would therefore like to express my sincere thanks to him and can recommend him without reservation.

In my job search, I spoke to about a dozen recruiters specializing in the legal field. The true test of a good recruiter is that they get you into the right rooms. Step Advisors delivered on this and I'm looking forward to starting a new position soon.

I spent time discussing my qualifications and building profiles with other recruiting firms, but Mr. Meikel Kocur from Step Advisors is the one who got me access to two of the top law firms in Germany. He also took the time, along with the administrative assistant, Ms. Antonia Schmitt, to schedule briefing calls before the interviews with the client.

Along the way, I was kept in the loop about opportunities and feedback. As a nice touch, Mr. Kocur also wished me well before interviews.

I can only offer positive feedback and I would recommend Step Advisors to anyone looking to upgrade their career in the legal field. 5 out of 5 stars in every category. They are heads and shoulders above the rest.

I would like to give my glowing review for Meikel Kocur who helped me tremendously in finding my new job. From the first contact to the final placement, he worked for me with the highest level of commitment and professionalism.

His comprehensive knowledge of the market and his keen sense of my skills and wishes helped me a lot to find the ideal job. He was always available, kept me regularly informed of progress and was a real support at every stage of the process.

I particularly appreciated his personalized advice, which went above and beyond the ordinary. He took the time to work out my strengths and prepare me for interviews in the best possible way.

Thanks to Meikel Kocur, I have found my dream job and I can highly recommend him! Many thanks for the excellent support!

At the beginning it was a bit slow to deal with StepAdvisors, however once Maximilian Olbrich took over everything went smooth. I honestly must say, that they have been the best recruiters I‘ve dealt with, especially that they are taking their time to prep you for your interviews, follow up and most important update regularly and always have a kind word. For anyone, who is looking for a job, I would recommend connecting with StepAdvisors. It is not only their service, but also the company data base, they are sourcing for. You can rest assured, that it ll be just „any“ company they are recommending.

So, five stars from me
