Move was planned incorrectly. As a result, there were too few employees and too small a vehicle. The move took too long and 2 more employees had to be called in. It became more expensive than discussed in the order. Unfortunately, it was discovered too late after the move that the cornices of the cabinets were not screwed on but only placed on top of the cabinets. This is not possible. Furthermore, the cables and the switch for the living wall lighting were lost during the move. There was no compensation.

I was very satisfied, super nice and especially reliable team, from the boss and boss to the moving team. Everything worked out great, nothing was damaged, on the contrary, even my not very valuable pieces of furniture were packed very carefully.
I would recommend the company 100%.

Excellent team that carried out our extensive move. Friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking, helpful in every situation. No matter what we came with - the answer was always "no problem".
There were minimal "losses", absolutely not worth mentioning compared to the scope.
In preparation, the second phase of the move was somewhat underestimated, thus too few personnel and vehicles at the beginning; this was corrected in the course of the day.

In sum, we can recommend SteyExpressTrans without reservation. We would be happy if the very proven team would also support our next move.
