Great structure of the online training - good design - easy to find your way around! There are many interesting communication topics here. The videos in particular are very appealing and after working through the exercise sheets, there is often an "aha" effect. A great way to continue your education (at any time)!

I took part in the online course "Goal-oriented communication" by Doris from Team Marx-Ruhland GmbH and I am absolutely thrilled.
The course content was clearly structured. Each lesson offered practical and useful information that is immediately applicable in professional and private life and is explained by Doris both in depth and clearly and simply.
Doris was once again extremely competent and committed and always impresses me with her ability to convey even complex topics in a very comprehensible and motivating way. The topics are presented in a concise and varied way, so that you always enjoy learning. I am sure that the content I learned on the course will help me in my everyday work and give me confidence.
I can recommend the "Target-oriented communication" course to anyone who wants to improve their communication skills. I am very grateful for the valuable techniques I was able to learn.

As a coach and psychotherapist, I can make good use of the modules without being distracted from the essentials, I am guided through them elegantly and can use the questionnaires as a guide. Self-assessment is achieved in a playful and incidental way. The video support from Ms. Marx Ruhland is wonderfully easy and very friendly. A great added value for everyone, especially in team-oriented activities. Very engaging learning platform!

My seminar took place some time ago, but it left a lasting impression. It was not my first seminar of this kind with other providers, I was impressed by the personal approach, the flexibility and sensitivity to specific topics and needs, as well as the different approaches to problem solving, especially the family constellation, which I did not know.
A special, very affine group dynamic developed thanks to the positive and creative atmosphere created by Doris and Andy.
Doris' appreciative and charismatic approach to each individual participant deserves special mention.
The trainers' attentiveness was extremely high on both training days despite the very different requirements of the heterogeneous group.
I can recommend the Marx-Ruhland team with conviction.

"Communication and Conflicts" was a personal enrichment and motivation from the methodically excellent opening round of introductions to the final feedback with 2 very experienced trainers. With only 7 participants, the coaching was never neglected. Each content was presented in a first-class manner and successfully deepened in practical exercises. Team development is very individualized. Depending on what is at hand, the plan is also changed and rearranged at short notice. The wishes and needs of the participants are taken into account. I can only warmly recommend the team development. You can take away a lot for yourself and for the team and get new ideas to approach things differently than usual.

The three-day intensive seminar "Leadership Personalities" was a seminar that I will not forget for a long time.
The Marx-Ruhland team managed to pick me up from the first minute and showed me possibilities and perspectives that I had not thought of before.
The composition of the participants and the coaching by 2 trainers was optimal and gave me the opportunity to look specifically at myself and showed me what potential still lies dormant in me.

I was very impressed by how quickly and with how much trust we shared problems in the seminar and looked for solutions together. Blockades were released through personal, intensive experiences that have a lasting effect and improve the ability to resolve conflicts. The insight into cases of participants who had been strangers until then was also helpful and interesting. The connections between participants and coaches remain beyond the seminar and I consider them very valuable.
