Recommendation
We’ve had our patio roof for about 6 weeks now, and it has truly enhanced our living comfort.
(We spend almost all our time there now.)
The company Terrassendachheld gave us excellent advice from the very beginning and, in our case, made the project possible in the first place. Our design was quite a challenge in terms of the slope and the connection to our carport. The result far exceeded our expectations. The strong, close customer relationship was evident throughout the entire process: planning, preparation, construction, and handover. The workmanship was also truly top-notch. The team worked together almost seamlessly, so we were truly amazed at how precisely, neatly, and quickly the work was done. In any case, we always felt confident throughout the process and can therefore highly recommend Terrassenheld.
Many thanks once again to the entire team.

Overall, very good! The only minor criticism is that there was a misunderstanding about whether the drainage outlet should be above ground or underground. The intention—and what was communicated—was above-ground, but it was ultimately installed underground. This resulted in additional work for the landscape contractor amounting to 400 EUR. For the sake of simplicity and to avoid further delays, we decided not to file a complaint. Otherwise, everything was great.

The planning and execution were good. When I had questions about the Somfy remote control (e.g., which button turns the lights on or off), I didn't receive a response. How can I extend the downspout from the gutter?

The quote, based on the approximate measurements I submitted via email, arrived quickly, and after I decided to go with Terrassenheld, the installers were on site two days later to take measurements and gave me great advice. The order confirmation arrived the next day and differed only slightly, as I had requested additional work following the on-site consultation.
The installation a few weeks later went smoothly and in no time at all. Every step was done perfectly. You could tell that professionals were at work.
I highly recommend Terrassenheld and have already done so.

Hello, we purchased a patio canopy measuring 5.8 m x 3.5 m (including an under-roof awning—flush side trim—and lighting) from Terrassenheld; it has been up for about 2.5 weeks now. When I leave a review, I do so very critically so that others have a clear picture (which is what I’d expect from others as well).
So far, we’ve given this project an absolute “TOP rating”—compared to other projects, it really doesn’t get much better:
- Very good phone availability
- Very friendly communication
- All concerns (planning, quote, follow-up questions, scheduling, ….) were addressed very quickly & competently – almost alarmingly so
- Installation by experienced, friendly technicians within one day
My conclusion as of today: absolutely TOP – I haven’t had a better construction site to date – no problems – everything simply worked out exactly as one would hope, including pleasant, productive conversations with the office. In my view, the installation work was carried out very professionally and efficiently – I remain very satisfied to this day.

The strong telephone customer service convinced us here. They always had an open ear for questions and only offered solutions, "problems" are unknown here :)
Special mention should also be made of the installation team, who worked very routinely and cleaned up the entire construction site afterwards. We will be happy to come back next year to order the sliding systems we discussed.

I can only say one word - everything is great,
At first I was a little unsure about the 30% upfront payment, but the positive reviews here convinced me. I have not regretted it. I was given very good advice and information in a friendly preliminary telephone conversation without any pressure to buy. After the final decision had been made in favor of Terrassenheld, a professionally experienced employee came to us in the Eifel and helped us with the selection of the awning fabric. The assembly was amazing - you have to have such motivated employees. The whole assembly went very well and everything was perfect. Above all, the way the team worked was a feast for the eyes, very clean and tidy. Even the terrace was cleaned. No garbage or dirt. Once again many greetings to the team. I can only recommend the company.

The company always had an open ear for queries and was very easy to contact. Competent advice also on site.

The fitters worked cleanly and precisely, were punctual and very friendly.

Our new patio roof with sliding system looks great and of high quality.
It couldn't be better - that's why we fully recommend them!
