Hello, we purchased a patio canopy measuring 5.8 m x 3.5 m (including an under-roof awning—flush side trim—and lighting) from Terrassenheld; it has been up for about 2.5 weeks now. When I leave a review, I do so very critically so that others have a clear picture (which is what I’d expect from others as well).
So far, we’ve given this project an absolute “TOP rating”—compared to other projects, it really doesn’t get much better:
- Very good phone availability
- Very friendly communication
- All concerns (planning, quote, follow-up questions, scheduling, ….) were addressed very quickly & competently – almost alarmingly so
- Installation by experienced, friendly technicians within one day
My conclusion as of today: absolutely TOP – I haven’t had a better construction site to date – no problems – everything simply worked out exactly as one would hope, including pleasant, productive conversations with the office. In my view, the installation work was carried out very professionally and efficiently – I remain very satisfied to this day.
