We first visited the business premises and looked at the possible options for our project and took an information flyer with us. After some time to think about it, we contacted them and had an appointment on site the very next day to discuss and take measurements. The very next working day, we received the quote by email. We had a bit of luck when we placed the order. There was a fall promotion and therefore a discount on the material. We were informed of this about three weeks before the installation date. Unfortunately, it started to snow on the day. However, Mr. Taskaya and his employee persevered and installed our carport despite the adverse weather conditions. We were of course very pleased about this, but it would not have been absolutely necessary due to the risk of accidents, e.g. from slipping.
As described at the beginning, we are very satisfied with TerraSun. Both with the product and the way they deal with us as customers.
