Thomas helped me a lot to identify my goals in the coaching. Through the detailed analysis of my Human Design Chart, my special abilities were once again shown and the possible challenges of my Human Design type.
The talent sequence showed me my special talents and gifts.
Through the coaching I realized that I am personally on the right path of professional reorientation.
Thomas is a very good and understanding coach for " career doubters". He analyzes the situation and asks the right questions to get to the goal. The goal does not necessarily have to be a career change! Thomas looks for solutions to improve the "ACTUAL state" of the client (m./w./d.) with his talents and gifts based on Human Design.
For me an absolute gain in knowledge!

Thomas Waaden has explained and interpreted a Human Design chart for my 15 year old son with regard to his career orientation. First and foremost, I was happy to have found a man who does this work at all! Your personal helpful and flexible way of responding to our wishes and needs and his experience especially in the areas that were essential for us helped us a lot. I am sure that my son will get a lot out of this consultation and will be able to start his career in a much more oriented and self-confident way. Keep it up!

I had a 1:1 session with Thomas between the years. Thomas prepared individual documents for this appointment. The appointment was for me a super foundation for the new year. Through the joint session and the document, which was provided to me afterwards, I have:
- recognized some of my strengths, which I had no longer seen as such.
- I was able to structure myself more clearly - where I had seen confusion before, some things became clear afterwards. I also became very aware of my next steps.
- I felt the anticipation of everything that may and will come.

I am still integrating the information! :)

I came to Thomas because I needed help with my career choice. I felt very disoriented and torn. It was very difficult for me to make a decision. Thomas helped me to see clearly what is important to me and where I want to go, so that I can now feel comfortable with my current decision. I especially liked the combination of Human Design and his coaching tools. In addition, Thomas also gave me tools that I can continue to use for myself in everyday life. He always kept an objective view, gave me tips and knew where to pick me up mentally / emotionally. His professional and empathetic manner made the coaching very pleasant and relaxed. I can only recommend the coaching with Thomas.
