It's great that free online hotseat coaching sessions take place, but it's often mentioned that further questions are then clarified in the so-called in-depth analysis. That one's own company is really put under the microscope there and one can then plan further work together on the basis of this.
Unfortunately, this was not the case for me. Of course, I know the usual procedures for customer acquisition, but when the consultant arrives too late and I have to wait for him to finish his call, it doesn't seem very professional to me. From the beginning, the only question was whether and how I could finance the whole thing - unfortunately, it was not at all a matter of me understanding HOW concretely they would work with me afterwards. All the details are left out as long as I do not give a firm financial commitment - too bad! Because how can I really build trust if that is missing? Above all, I missed that my business was actually analyzed, my questions that I had brought with me remained unanswered and I went out with more ??? out than in with the reference "ask your questions in the Liveshow". There again the chance is rather small that one gets the Hotseat.
I don't question the professional competence, but what was promised was not fulfilled from my point of view, which I find a pity, because I was already seriously interested in a cooperation. But this way, as with other providers, I just feel like I've been dispatched. My customers get more from me in the initial meeting and I miss that here.
