In search of a standardized application to record project times, we decided on TimO almost ten years ago and have not regretted it. The application of vacation as well as absences are also reliably mapped in TimO. Since this year, our travel expense accounting is also in TimO. Before TimO, there were separate programs for various topics:
- for the project times a web server application,
- for travel expenses a third-party product.
The previous solutions were not user-friendly. The time required to enter project times and travel expenses was too high.
Technology: System has been flexible and well customizable for our needs. The interface in the browser is not always easy to navigate, and the window size sometimes needs to be experimented with to see everything (otherwise sometimes the buttons disappear). .
Support: quick feedback, good support to start, could also book a personal consultation.
The program was delivered promptly and set up reliably and competently.
