"We've always done it this way!"
"At the end of the business conversation, there MUST be a yes or a no."
These are two sentences that I have come to find unspeakable.
I have known the first one for almost all my life and I have known the feeling of uneasiness that I get in connection with it for as long as I have known it. Because it explains that something new is not good.
The second sentence comes from trainings I received at the beginning of my "network career". Unfortunately, many networkers still train like this.
What does this have to do with the mentoring "PDG & HD"?
This mentoring clears up these sentences.
We are people who want to, can, may and I even say MUST develop.
The endeavor is perfectly supported by PDG. It has given me much more focus on what is important to me, formulated it and thus defined the necessary changes. To let changes into my life, affirmations are an important tool.
How exactly to formulate affirmations, how best to apply them, is part of the course.
Tina also gave us a huge toolbox of other tools that are useful and very helpful in different situations in life.
Z. For example, the EFT technique and the so-called Butterfly - I had known about them for a while, but used them far too rarely. Regular practice and constant reminders in mentoring have led me to quickly take this tool out of my bag when something is not going well. That is a great relief!
Daily meditation and strengthening of my resources is another result of the course, which leads to an improvement in my mood. The course is worth it for that alone.
And now for the second part of my introduction and related HD.
The knowledge Joanna gave us about Human Design is also very valuable on several levels.
Fortunately, the realization that everyone is different is something that a lot of people have today. BUT, the practical implementation of that, is still the second important step, which often needs a lot of development.
Through the strategies that Joanna has given us for each individual type, I have recognized how I can work most meaningfully and thus joyfully and easily, or what exactly I should NOT do.
And knowing that all people are so different leads to a very relaxed serenity for me. To come back to the "conclusions" it means, for example: I do not have to or may not push every person at the end of the conversation to give me a final answer. There are simply people who need exactly the 2-10 days to hatch their egg. And that is perfectly fine. I virtually scare these people away with the "final push" and thereby block opportunities for success for myself.
I think the combination of the two parts of the course is an absolutely brilliant opportunity.
The fact that the content is divided into easily digestible units means that the mentoring does not lead to stress and I have had enough time to establish and practice the tools I have learned in a meaningful way.
