The seminar was very well structured and the input on the day was not too large, so that one was not overwhelmed by information.
I got a lot of food for thought on how I can optimize my daily work routine in order to start the day with less stress and more optimized time. Also for me personally, I am rethinking many (habitual) ways of acting after the seminar, in order to go through life more mindfully, with less stress and time pressure.
