Recommendation
Everything is new and clean. The location on the canal and the fantastic jetty invite you to dream.
We would prefer to stay here for 3 months in winter instead of 6 weeks. Perhaps the owner can make us a good offer for 10-12 weeks. The solar pool heating is only something for hardened contemporaries.

Recommendation
We deliberately chose the area near Matlacha this year, as we usually tend to be in the southwest. The house is a little older and less quiet than usual, but it has everything you need. It is very spacious and perfectly equipped. We rented a boat, which was easy to moor on the boat deck. In short, the price-performance ratio is top. Many thanks also to Mrs. Nagel for the nice and uncomplicated contact.

We were from 29.07.2025 to 10.08.2025 with 6 people in Florida, Lee County, Cape Coral, Pelican, Villa Rosegarden.
A great vacation home for families, the pool is great, the view of the canal from the terrace is magnificent. The equipment is modern, nothing was missing. The recommendations in the information folder could be updated.

We love coming to Villa Timeout, we feel at home. Nothing is missing in the house, everything is available. Also for the beach and the children everything is in the garage. The location is perfect, quiet neighborhood.
We would recommend the villa at any time.

We stayed at Villa Rosegarden.
Everything was perfect. The equipment, everything you need for everyday life was available. Also for leisure activities, such as bicycles, canoes, handcarts, umbrellas, freezer or chairs for the beach. We wanted for nothing and would stay at Villa Rosegarden again and again. Nice German-speaking rental and always easy to reach with questions.

We spent 2 weeks at Villa Pandora in August...and it was pure luxury. The equipment of the house leaves nothing to be desired. The outdoor kitchen is a dream for anyone who likes to barbecue.
We can thoroughly recommend the villa as well as the service of the Nagel family!

We were guests at Villa River Dream in Cape Coral in July 2025 and were very satisfied with the personal service provided by Ms. Nagel! We had a wonderful stay over Pentecost at Villa Pandora in Cape Coral! The house was just great - spacious, clean and very inviting. The pool and outdoor area were perfect for soaking up the sun and relaxing. In addition, the proximity to shopping was extremely convenient, which made our stay even more enjoyable. All in all, it was a fantastic experience that we will gladly repeat!
