I have been a proud member of the entrepreneurial team BNI Turbine in Bassum for three years now and it is difficult to summarize my extensive and positive experiences in a few words.

Being a member of BNI Turbine has given us access to a wide network of local entrepreneurs that we knew little or nothing about in the past. But it's not just about expanding our own network - the intensive exchange and support within the group has enabled us to develop on several levels and sharpen our business focus.

One of the biggest benefits of membership is the potential for business growth through the referral network. It is impressive how the principle "He who gives wins" is implemented in this community.

I don't want to limit my referral to just business growth. The opportunity to learn from peers, share experiences and grow together as entrepreneurs has been invaluable to us.

I can only recommend that any entrepreneur attend a BNI Turbine meeting and experience for themselves what this effective network is all about.

Indeed, BNI Turbine is more than just a network. It is a community, a support and an engine for growth and success. I am grateful to be a part of it and look forward to many more years.

In April 2022, I was invited by my tax advisor Dagmar Wittrock to the Visitors' Day in this great chapter! My initial skepticism - getting up early and combining companies from a wide variety of sectors with our craft, as well as my general wariness of anything new - vanished into thin air within 2 hours of meeting time. I have rarely felt so warmly welcomed into a team where I knew only one person personally. But not only the hospitality impressed me, the professional exchange on every business issue, the development of a USP, the learning to speak freely - to improvise -, to express goal-oriented and precisely desired contacts, and much more have made me a convinced member of BNI.

However, for me the seven core values of BNI are in the absolute foreground! Recognition - Tradition and Innovation - Lifelong Learning - He who gives, wins - Relationship Building - Responsibility - Positive Attitude

Let's be honest with ourselves: If every entrepreneur adopts these seven qualities, business and interpersonal life will definitely go better!

I look forward every week on Wednesday morning to seeing new faces at our meeting and making new, innovative and interesting contacts and personally meeting the people behind a service.

As a founding member, I am proud to have helped establish this chapter. My initial skepticism about the tight structure and rules of the BNI has vanished into thin air. Today I know that it would not work without discipline and active participation, which is confirmed by looking at many other networks.
