The communication and arrangements were flawless. When I moved out, the employees even came to me several times to adjust the offer, as my removal volume had changed again and again. I gave away and gave away a lot. The disposal of items that had been sorted out was also completely uncomplicated. My things were stored for almost 6 months and then arrived at my new apartment in very good condition and on time as agreed. All the staff are extremely polite and motivated. The things that were to go into the cellar (only one shed) were stowed neatly and carefully so that there was even space left over. The work was done quickly and effectively. The move was very well organized, nice young team. The dismantling and assembly of the furniture was also done professionally, very well and quickly, and I had to postpone the moving date twice for organizational reasons, which was also no problem, I was always offered a new date of my choice.
Unfortunately, some dents or chips were made to the furniture during our move as it was only secured with foil. The wardrobe door was fitted incorrectly and was not pushed open completely when it was handed over, so we only noticed it later. We then had to move the Pax wardrobe again on our own, as the distances were not requested in advance and it was very inconvenient for us. Otherwise a nice team with potential for expansion. I would recommend you to others if the items are better protected during transportation.
