Very honest and profound coaching which is fun. One gets his potentials, as well as obstacles so pointed out that one can discover his personal development in professional, character type itself and often break open old structures for himself and also change for the positive. Mr. Janikovits convinces with a broad experience and profound knowledge. His empathy enables the participants to open up. Conflicts are approached in a supportive and guiding manner.
Solutions are worked out and not given. An "aftercare" is promised.
Overall, Mr. Janikovits' work is constructive and goal-oriented. Highly recommended.

I was particularly surprised by the fact that the coaching was very tailored to my wishes and questions and that no program was prepared in advance. Nevertheless, Mr. Janikovits managed to organize the sessions in such a way that they were timed almost exactly to the minute: We worked on everything I wanted to work on to a sufficient degree and at the same time had no time left over that felt somehow force-filled with some pseudo-content just to pass the time.

The coaching by or with Mr. Janikovits was an absolute enrichment for me and my personal development. He supported me in recognizing my personal abilities and characteristics and thereby helped me to recognize and use my potential. In doing so, Mr. Janikovits was incredibly appreciative and pushed me to gain the insights myself. With him, coaching does not mean getting general tips and suggestions imposed on you, but rather, with his support, finding the (sometimes so close) solution to tricky questions yourself. The coaching took place during my application process for the first permanent job after graduation - the whole process took place virtually during Corona. Mr. Janikovits was able to give me valuable tips for this as well, thanks to his experience in virtual coaching. Even after a short time, I had the feeling that I had made a huge step forward through the coaching. I am curious what I will take away from the coaching for the next months - I am sure I will often think back to the interesting, enriching sessions with certain "aha" moments. Coaching with Mr. Janikovits is absolutely recommendable!

Very fruitful coaching
The coaching of Mr. Janikovits was professionally structured. We started with a self-analysis: what are my strengths and weaknesses? What are my values, my knowledge and abilities? Everything was linked to the development of the CV and motivation letter - where all key points found their place. Mr. Janikovits managed through his empathic, appreciative and respectful communication an open and trustful working atmosphere. Laughing included! Flexibly integrating specific needs or preferences. He has a treasure trove of experiences and is able to give fruitful feedback at any point in time. Through the coaching I developed personally and got positive feedback regarding my applications - I already got invited for job interviews! Thank you very much!
