After I submitted my case to the office for review, I received an email that they had tried to contact me by phone several times, however there was never an out of office call or anything like that. Therefore, I was told to schedule a phone appointment, which I did. I was reminded of this three times (!) (24 hours before, one hour before and 30 minutes before), each time with the indication that they would call me at the agreed time.
The call did not come. I called the office 10 minutes after the agreed time, which noticeably caused confusion. They were "trying to set up a call back today".
If it fails already with the establishment of contact, I would not like to know like a representation by the Kanzlei looks. These experiences were enough for me to realize that I should give this law firm a wide berth.
