I have known WBV for almost 40 years (from the start of my career in the mid-1980s until after retirement today).
At that time it was the founder Karl Vogt who always advised me competently, trustfully and successfully in all insurance and asset matters. The satisfaction of his customers was important to him, so that they recommended him with a clear conscience and conviction. Growth was part of the business model.
Due to a change of location and little need for advice (once well positioned, few changes are necessary), I had no contact with WBV for many years.
Through the newsletter I had already noticed that WBV had been taken over by the sons. It took a change in my life situation, such as retirement and the doubt whether an accident insurance is actually still needed in retirement to approach WBV.
A telephone consultation with Mr. Nikolas Vogt was quick and uncomplicated. It was an interesting experience for me and I felt like at the table with his father decades ago.
I received a competent and comprehensible explanation of what risks the accident insurance should cover. What is useful, what is a must, what is optional. In addition, the current life situation was discussed and checked whether necessary risks are covered changes in the contracts should be made and superfluous can be canceled.
I was very satisfied with the conversation and my positive opinion of WBV was confirmed. I would recommend WBV without reservation.
