After sending in the documents and consultation, a cost estimate was made. The telephone consultation was very good, competent, practical, friendly and targeted, but not intrusive.
For reasons of customer service proximity and a lower price, I opted for a different offer.
Due to the consulting competence and quality, I will nevertheless recommend Wegatech.

From the website, to the thorough and detailed consultation via video conference and phone, the project support, and ultimately the on-site installation by personable and friendly installers, the implementation of the heat pump project in our home was exceptional. Ich habe mir nach Einsendung von Unterlagen (Hausfoto, ect.) einen Kostenvoranschlag machen lassen. Die Beratung, obwohl nur telefonisch war sehr gut, schnelle Antwort und gutes Konzept. Preislich lag Wegatech im unteren Angebotsdrittel. Nur aus Gründen von Regionalität und eines etwas niedrigeren Preises habe ich mich dann doch für einen lokalen Anbieter entschieden. Aufgrund Schnelligkeit, Beratungsinhalt und Qualität empfehle ich trotzdem Wegatech.

Wegatech advised us very comprehensively and proposed solutions tailored to us. At every stage we were informed quickly and transparently. The modules etc were delivered on time, the roofers and the electricians did an excellent, professional, suaber and reliable job. Wegatech also took care of a lot of the commissioning and formalities for us. A heartfelt thank you! We are happy to recommend Wegatech to others!

The cooperation with Wegatech and all its partners was wonderful.
From the preparation of the offer to the detailed planning as well as the support during the project, I was enthusiastic about the employees at all times. I could always call and was treated politely and courteously and my concerns were always resolved immediately.
I would like to particularly emphasize Mr. Milde, who looked after me after all the planning in the PV project. Here, too, I could always call and I was always helped immediately. I do not blame Wegatech for delivery problems, for example with the RCT inverters. However, this would also really be the only thing where I would say that has not run 100% perfect.

All in all, price performance absolutely unbeatable !!!!
I can only warmly recommend the company Wegatech!

I expressly recommend this company to others, even though (at the present time) no contract was concluded.
I would like to make a special mention of my consultant Mr. Heller. Of all previous consultants (from other companies), he simply stands out.
He was always available, always contacted me promptly by phone and gave me comprehensive advice.
During the consulting sessions, a very familiar relationship developed. Mr. Heller always accepted and discussed arguments and counter-arguments beyond the scope of the company.
My conclusion: absolutely recommendable!
Mr. Heller, keep up the good work!

The entire project handling - from the initial contact to the preparation of the offer to the detailed planning and installation - was professionally managed by the respective persons in charge. During the project implementation phase, there was close contact between the project manager and us as builders. We were also able to respond quickly to requests at short notice. At all milestone dates (delivery, installation and commissioning), the project manager was in direct contact by telephone to find out whether the suppliers or specialist partners had completed the work properly. Despite the current delivery problems with PV modules, the plant was even commissioned a little earlier than planned. I would definitely recommend WEGATECH.
