Frau Götz-Schmerschneider ist eine sehr kompetente, engagierte und freundliche Immobilienmaklerin. Sie hat für alle Wünsche und Bedürfnisse offene Ohren, berät und vermittelt diese gut weiter. Sie hat mich sehr gut in meinem Entscheidungsfindungsprozess begleitet und war dabei sehr transparent, ehrlich und offen. Ich habe mich sehr gut betreut gefühlt und mit meinen Anliegen ernst genommen bzw. gesehen gefühlt. Bei Fragen zum Vertrag, etc. steht sie einem mit ihrem Erfahrungsschatz bzw. Kompetenz bestens zur Seite. Man fühlt sich bei ihr gut aufgehoben und ich kann sie wärmstens empfehlen.
