i was very satisfied. the room was unfortunately not very good, the oxygen was missing. Mr. Eder is very competent and answered all questions in detail. As a student, not all of it is applicable, I could still take away a lot. Once I am actively acting as a leader, I would like to attend the seminar again. The workshop has encouraged me to take on a role as a leader should the case ever arise. Thank you very much for the great workshop!
The seminar was well structured. The theory was exciting and certainly helpful. However, it would have been helpful for me to hear more examples of good managers from your experience for implementation in practice and, above all, to go into more detail about helpful tools. For example: how do I conduct a good appraisal interview, how are efficient meetings structured, what do good managers do in employer branding. How do you motivate employees or how does a good innovative reward system work.

I can understand that you would have liked to have more examples of good leaders from practice. In my opinion, I had invited very experienced guests with Petra (global HR management in an international corporation), Stefan (industry department management) and Florian (managing director of a multinational financial corporation) and I found the insights they gave us really inspiring.
Regarding MA conversations and efficient meetings: these are important topics that I would have loved to address. Unfortunately, these topic requests were not mentioned in the expectations clarification at the beginning of the seminar nor in the control feedback at the half-time (exercise "target grid", day 2), so I prioritized other topics requested by the group.
Regarding motivation and employer branding, we worked on two of the best leadership tools in this topic area with the "Leadership from the FFFF" control grid (Day 1) and the Gallup Q12 checklist (Day 3). And the recommendation for the Arte documentary "My wonderful workplace" from the 2nd day of the seminar was also in this direction. Since there were so many other topic requests, we had to prioritize and I tried to offer a selection of topics that suited all participant:s as much as possible. I am sorry that some of your expectations could not be met.

Wolfgang Eder has an almost limitless knowledge on the subject of leadership and health. With many sketches, test procedures and simple models, he makes this clear and usable.
