Yvonne is super friendly and knowledgeable. I took so much away from the training. It was a lot of fun, everything was understandable, the group grew together in no time, you felt taken care of and understood. I am still totally enthusiastic. I hope there will be a follow-up training. :-)

A wonderful workshop in which I learned and laughed a lot. Yvonne manages to take people with her and carry them along, get everyone into action, impart knowledge and at the same time respond to all questions and content requests.

Yvonne does a great job. You feel very well taken care of. The way she teaches the topics to the participants is great.

There was a clear structure in the seminar. Not in the form of an agenda, but the schedule and the tasks were all carried out within the framework. Working with or in front of a camera was a little uncomfortable for me at the beginning, but this quickly subsided.
Yvonne addresses all body languages (gestures, movement and posture) and trains them. Each participant was fully involved, so everyone was challenged. She responds to the participants and gives immediate feedback. Yvonne is more of a direct type and addresses things honestly. The direct nature helped me during the training / workshop to implement the tasks well.

I was already able to implement what I had learned and had the feeling that my counterpart had a different (better) way of dealing with me.

I would gladly attend another training/workshop with Yvonne.

I have attended many training courses in my life. The course with Yvonne de Bark was definitely one of the best. We gave various speeches, most of them impromptu, some under really difficult conditions. Everything spiced with a lot of humor. At the end, I think it was clear to all participants: After we've accomplished that, nothing can throw us off track anytime soon.

Even now, more than a month later, I still benefit from the training: After a presentation that I gave in front of the executive team, some critical questions were raised. Instead of going blank and feeling totally embarrassed, I stayed calm, gave the perfect answer and even enjoyed being questioned! I absolutely recommend taking this course with Yvonne.
