The entire team—from the initial consultation all the way to the lovely Elisabeth, who gave the lessons at our home—is simply fantastic: very competent and always there for you, whether you have questions or concerns. The tutoring really helped my daughter; she writes better, can concentrate better on her assignments, and gets straight A’s and B’s. I can only recommend it to anyone whose child is struggling in school. I didn’t have to worry about a thing, since the tutoring took place at home and Saturday sessions were also available.

I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

The management at the Holzkirchen branch was extremely unfriendly; they seemed very annoyed and gave the impression that, as a customer, you were wrong about everything and had misunderstood everything… Unbelievable!!
A different arrangement was made verbally.
Lessons are taken as needed/based on school workload. A rough schedule was drawn up at the beginning, but the parents pointed out several times that the number of lessons was only a guideline. However, by the end of the term, they no longer seemed to remember this.
On the phone, they then insinuated that we, as customers, had misunderstood something.
Emails requesting a callback felt like they were ignored.
Hence, great disappointment.

The only bright spot:
The tutor, Ms. Dallinger, comes highly recommended.

As far as I know, the institute in Holzkirchen has accommodated you with an early termination at the end of the month. This is a matter of course for us, especially if your daughter has already achieved her goal of passing her school-leaving certificate thanks to the support she has received. Our heartfelt congratulations on this success! You can of course "use up" the unused hours. Perhaps before an important class test or for revision after the vacations.

It’s worth every penny! We tried a few different tutoring options (Schülerhilfe, etc.), but unfortunately without success. The ABACUS concept couldn’t be better!! My son was struggling a lot with math, but thanks to the tutoring, he went from a 5 to a 3. His tutor was fantastic—he lives and breathes math and managed to turn it from a hated subject into something my son actually enjoys...
