I came in for treatment with completely tense leg muscles. After several sessions, the tension eased somewhat, so that I can now tie my shoes while standing again. Thank you very much for the pressure-point massage and the helpful exercise tips for everyday life.

Everything was great. You immediately feel understood, and Caro is really good at what she does. On top of that, she gives you tips for everyday life and helpful exercises to do at home. The office is also really nice and clean. For me, it’s the best physical therapy practice in Greifswald.

I was able to get appointments quickly, and thanks to the online physical therapy, I’ve already been given some initial exercises to help me bridge the gap until my first appointment. Thanks to regular physical therapy, my symptoms have improved significantly in a short time, and I’m confident that the exercises I’ve been shown will help me prevent long-term problems or limitations.

Achilles Physical Therapy conveys a high level of professionalism. Treatment begins with a postural analysis, which is evaluated in a comprehensive and clear manner. In addition to massages and manual therapy on the affected areas, the clinic primarily takes a holistic approach by teaching exercises that both improve overall posture and specifically target the affected areas. The purpose and benefits of each exercise are explained in detail. On the Achilles website, you’ll find videos that allow you to replicate all the exercises at home and learn them safely. Consistently following the exercise program you’ve learned requires a certain amount of discipline, but if you commit to it, a permanently pain-free life should be possible.

Thanks to Florian! His analysis was very helpful in helping me understand where my pain was actually coming from. He explains things very clearly and in a way that’s easy to understand—even for non-experts. Our appointments always started on time. That was important to me as a working professional. I’ve actually recommended the physical therapy practice several times already and will continue to do so. Also because the atmosphere there is great and the waiting area isn’t like the typical ones you find in other practices. I felt very well taken care of.

The online videos also explained the causes of illnesses very well and gave everyone the opportunity to train and thus actively help themselves. Since you had to wait a while for appointments, you could combat pain immediately. I also found the appointment scheduling and reminders very convenient.

I thought the appointment reminders and overview were great!!! There was a bit too much "marketing" in the emails. Personally, I found it rather customer-unfriendly that we had to bring our own sheets or pay for them. Otherwise, the actual treatment was GREAT. Thank you!!!

The team is extremely friendly and approachable. Before treatment begins, they take your medical history, which I think is incredibly important. In addition to the therapy you receive at the clinic, you are given recommendations for home care in the form of exercises, nutritional tips, etc. This holistic approach is very convincing. The treatment rooms have a pleasant atmosphere, with clean lines that promote calm and harmony. I am very grateful and can highly recommend this practice.

I highly recommend Florian's Redcord course. I am always surprised at how much you can get out of your body when you want to and push yourself. Florian is a great motivator and provides expert advice on issues such as pain, nutrition, exercise, etc. He also gives out free life hacks on all kinds of topics.
