Consistently following the exercise program you’ve learned requires a certain amount of discipline, but if you commit to it, a permanently pain-free life should be possible.

The online videos also explained the causes of illnesses very well and gave everyone the opportunity to train and thus actively help themselves. Since you had to wait a while for appointments, you could combat pain immediately. I also found the appointment scheduling and reminders very convenient.

I thought the appointment reminders and overview were great!!! There was a bit too much "marketing" in the emails. Personally, I found it rather customer-unfriendly that we had to bring our own sheets or pay for them. Otherwise, the actual treatment was GREAT. Thank you!!!

I highly recommend Florian's Redcord course. I am always surprised at how much you can get out of your body when you want to and push yourself. Florian is a great motivator and provides expert advice on issues such as pain, nutrition, exercise, etc. He also gives out free life hacks on all kinds of topics.

Once again great treatment from Johannes. You feel that you are in the best possible hands, the knee pain after the cruciate ligament rupture has improved significantly, mobility is better and tips were given for at home. I'll definitely be back - even after the operation.

Instead of the "usual treatment" with a few tips for exercises at home, the focus here is on interaction with and independent action by the patients right from the start.
There is a service I have never seen before with a wealth of practical tips.
Everyone receives electronic messages with an overview of the treatment plan, appointments including calendar entries and regular reminders, access to very informative websites with a large number of elaborately designed, self-produced videos sorted according to the various body areas, in which normal body function and typical problem cases are explained and a large number of general and specific exercises are shown and explained. This makes the on-site sessions much more effective.
The interaction with clients is very friendly and appointments are made very punctually.
Of course, I also had the impression at previous physiotherapy practices that they knew what they were doing. However, I have never experienced anything as modern and professional as Achilles.
