I trained as a children's and youth coach here and felt totally supported. The many areas covered helped me a lot in my work with the children. I was able to experience things like mindfulness and self-care first-hand so that I could pass them on authentically. I use the workshops and alumni meetings to refresh my knowledge. I have already completed the training and have been coaching children from the age of 4 to the end of primary school in my own LernStube in Berlin for over a year now. The entire training to become a holistic child and youth coach and the subsequent Pro Module have paid off for me in every respect. The family atmosphere and the fact that I was allowed to be myself during the training, the appreciative attitude of the team towards me and the ease of keeping in touch with the team via various channels made a lot of things easier.
The training is absolutely recommendable!!!!!

I've been working in tutoring for 20 years and there are more and more children who need more than just professional help. The seminar at the weekend really picked me up and gave me tools that I was able to put into practice the next day. It's funny, sometimes I think I've seen this before (yawn), and then I realize that the repetitions are simply valuable because important topics sink in deeper. There's ALWAYS a lot of new stuff and it's interesting anyway. That's why I usually stick with it until the end, and that's why I signed up for the "learning coach". You do so much work and everyone benefits from it - especially the children 😍

In terms of content, the course was a great enrichment, especially due to the different modules, which each have their own focus but complement each other wonderfully as a whole. The flexibility in terms of time was a great added value for me, so that I was able to successfully complete the course despite unforeseen personal and professional developments. The lecturers were always very competent, helpful and welcoming, and the webinars were entertaining, relaxed and enriching.

The training days are very informal and warm. You also receive comprehensive and topic-related training in a short space of time. You get lots of helpful and practical tips. It's wonderful that many courses are free of charge and that afterwards you understand a little better why a child reacts the way it does in certain situations.

I particularly like the design of the learning platform, the combination of theory and practice and the caring support from the academy. Someone is always available to answer questions. You can make lots of new contacts through the online meetings. If you decide to do a course, you not only get the expertise of the individual lecturers, but also bundled knowledge in the form of videos and teaching notes. There are also in-depth evenings where you can practise your skills in small groups. I am a fan and am happy to recommend the academy to others.
