I needed support with a private project. Whereby the planning basis was and should clearly remain with me. Samuel made a very competent and well-prepared impression from the coordination of requirements, scheduling and online consultations.
The basics have now been clarified, now I still have to implement various things. If necessary, I will come back to Samuel at a later date to be able to contribute a little more experience or best practice to my project.
There were some points in the evaluation that I rated as neutral because they were not relevant for me.

I was looking for a second opinion on the internet and came across Baubeaver. In our case, it was about a roof fastening that was not satisfactory. Although we come from the Ostwestfalen Lippe area and a site visit with Baubeaver seemed impossible, he gave us such great and competent advice over the phone and is still available to us at any time. He answers quickly and quickly, one feels well advised by him. Without his competence and his explanations, I would have been nowhere near as smart from Google alone. From the very beginning, I was thrilled with how thoroughly and individually Samuel addressed all ambiguities and questions. And I have to emphasize that with every suggestion for improvement, I was left with the choice of whether to adopt the alternative shown or whether to choose a different approach to the solution. Individual steps were not simply worked off bluntly, but with each of these steps it was important to Samuel that I understand this approach, in order to be able to think ahead as independently as possible and to understand even the smallest piece of the puzzle in its entirety. Samuel was not only a great support for my project, I also learned a lot (keyword SketchUp3D) and will be able to implement future projects more easily. I find it a bit difficult to evaluate the service offered. Samuel is a very nice and reliable person who keeps agreements and tries to deal with the question given to him. In my particular case, unfortunately, the result of the consultation was that the basic considerations in my initial question were probably correctly described and everything else can not be seriously clarified over the distance by phone. I had almost expected this result - but therefore the telephone calls, in which Samuel wanted to understand my project even better, were without any gain in knowledge for me. In retrospect, I would have wished if my request had been rejected, since a goal-oriented consultation did not really take place. The final reference, "a structural engineer should take a look at this on site", should have been a serious answer to my initial question. But the answer was "interesting project, which we can clarify in 2 hours". Price-wise, everything is within the scope and the bottom line is that it always brings something to exchange thoughts. Since my project was very special (old building), I think, even if at the end of the consultation I did not gain any substantial knowledge, I would recommend Samuel. For the majority of inquiries, Samuel will certainly advise you competently and promptly. Thank you
