Interface to Woommerce and Lexoffice possible, but some work must be done twice. For example, payments must be assigned individually both in Billbee and in Lexoffixe, double work, therefore unprofitable.
The design functions in Billbee when creating invoices leaves much to be desired (compared to PDF invoices in Marketpresse, unfortunately these can also not be imported into Bilbee).
Waiting time for answers from support is quite long, if you want faster answer (which should be a desired service of any company) you have to pay extra - this is not customer friendly.
We have an online store (Shopware 5), but we also sell products on ebay. In addition, many resellers to whom we sell goods prefer to order by phone or e-mail and do not necessarily want to use our B2B portal. Billbee helps us to connect all these sales channels and manage all orders in one place. It is clear, easy to use and saves time - both in processing orders and in accounting (thanks to DATEV exports). The setup was easy and the connection to our stores and accounts worked immediately. Questions that came up during setup were answered competently and quickly by support. We would definitely recommend Billbee for smaller businesses.
Improvement tips: 1.) When editing an order and clicking on 'Generate and Save Invoice' for example, the window with the order you are editing automatically closes. If you want to continue editing the order, you have to search for it again. It would be more convenient to close the window only when you are completely finished editing. 2.) In case of manual orders, you have to choose whether it is export to third country, intra-community delivery, etc. It would be nicer if the system would recognize it directly on the customer (by his address, UstId etc.). However, from our point of view, these are only minor issues that do not prevent us from using Billbee.
