You have to understand something about the chart of accounts, and have your previous one ready to assign the entries correctly in case of doubt... but for 80 it is very helpful because the recognition works very well

Features are missing, e.g. a 2nd cost center is very important for us. We have already discussed several times, but feedback from customer service always takes a while. Should be in planning, but no one knows when it comes. The duplicate suspicion function can unfortunately not be trusted, duplicates are not recognized to 50% which can lead to big problems. Credit notes that balance unpaid invoices cannot be easily linked or set to "paid" so that they do not accumulate as open items or payables, thus we have some at open RG's that distort the open items list. The program cannot be switched to English language.

Working with BuchhaltungsButler works great. Especially because of the SKR49 accounting, the application is perfect for associations. The automatic EÜR, which is divided into club areas, is also very clear. However, it is much too expensive for smaller associations and therefore unfortunately irrelevant.

the service costs several hundred euros and I have not been able to use the Billbee interface for weeks. But there was no helpful feedback from the support either. Except for one question we can still help came so far no helpful answer.

Dubious company practice.
Cancellation was confirmed, but the charges are still being made.
No telephone support.
Friendly email inquiries are ignored.

So far the most easy to understand and user friendly accounting solution I have seen.
Also suitable for people who have had nothing to do with accounting before. The solution is also groundbreaking in terms of document management and the automation and digitization of processes, while remaining easy to use. Some things can certainly still grow, but the team of the company is probably constantly trying to improve the program and provide new features without extra charge. Hats off - my recommendation!

I am using BuchhaltungsButler for several businesses and it's great to be able to easily switch between companies without having to log in and out. With the API, automation rules and learning AI we have been able to automate most of the bookkeeping, which has saved us lots of time and hundreds of euros we were paying to an external bookkeeping company.

It's getting complicated in germany and burocracy is a nightmare, the more you are dependent on a good accounting, as tax advicers are slow and they tend to be very late with their work. I need a good accounting software and the cloud is the solution.

For me as a sole proprietor BHB is very useful. Even as a non-accountant, you can pre-book very well or book yourself. If there are ever questions, you get an answer quickly. I have already booked BHB for my second company and said goodbye to BUHL Data.
