The one for heating electricity was adjusted by Cheapenergy24. After I pointed out to the employees that I have 2 meters, they were totally clueless. To save me further discussions, I wrote a notice of termination for both electricity meters, which was accepted.
Today I received the bill for the heating meter. Incidentally, the bill is incomprehensible. I actually made a saving in the first year. Since then, electricity prices have risen. However, cheapenergy24 is still billing me because it discovered potential savings. The working price has always gone up. My advice: Compare the electricity prices yourself and you can pocket the alleged savings potential yourself....
