I was very satisfied at first. But apparently the employees don't have everything under control. I have 2 meters, one for domestic electricity and one for heating electricity. The one for heating electricity was adjusted by Cheapenergy24. After I pointed out to the employees that I have 2 meters, they were totally clueless. To save me further discussions, I wrote a notice of termination for both electricity meters, which was accepted.
Today I received the bill for the heating meter. Incidentally, the bill is incomprehensible. I actually made a saving in the first year. Since then, electricity prices have risen. However, cheapenergy24 is still billing me because it discovered potential savings. The working price has always gone up. My advice: Compare the electricity prices yourself and you can pocket the alleged savings potential yourself....

Cheapenergy24 is a service provider that I will never do without again. If you are looking for real constructive help in the jungle of energy suppliers, Cheapenergy24 is the right place for you. Anyone who does NOT use such a service is simply throwing their money down the drain. Switching is extremely easy. There is no easier way to save on energy suppliers. Five stars are still too few :)

So far, we are satisfied with our first offer from Cheapenery. A further offer in the year not yet completed was cheaper overall for 12 months due to bonus payments, but the basic price and working price were higher again in the end, which didn't really make the switch worthwhile. What's more, it wasn't an eco tariff either. The comparison of the tariff details of the old and new tariffs in the portal is also wonderful, which makes the decision easier. For uncritical customers who are willing to switch, there is certainly a lot of money to be saved if you don't need any proof. It's also great that you are notified several times if you have accidentally deleted or moved your Cheapenergy emails, so that you don't suddenly change your provider involuntarily!

I would not recommend it, because you suddenly receive an invoice that is not described transparently in advance, that you have to pay for it, you think that it is a normal provider, such as check24 . It is better to search for energy providers yourself at check24 or verivox, it is not difficult!
It is very questionable why a commission of 30% is charged! ????

Cheapenergy24 automatically takes care of the annual switch and the complete tariff organization for customers, which is not the case with online comparison portals:
- Determining the best tariff and sorting out black sheep
- Cancellation of the old provider and registration with the new provider
- Annual monitoring of deadlines and review of the energy tariff
- Alert in the event of price increases by the supplier
- Sending a new tariff recommendation in good time and switching again if necessary
- Communication with the energy supplier
- Checking the energy bill
