We use Crewmeister in our cleaning company. Since we have many employees who are on the road every day, we rely on a well-functioning mobile app, which Crewmeister has done wonderfully. We also tested other providers, but the big difference was the relatively low price of 1,20€ per employee per month and the outstanding support of Crewmeister.
A clear recommendation!
We use crew masters in our small restaurant. Since we have a lot of marginal employees, it is imperative that the working hours are recorded. Crewmeister is ideal for this. We had initial difficulties with the introduction, but the big plus with this provider is the personal support and customer service. You receive competent advice at almost any time and are not simply turned away, as is the case with some other companies. I liked that a lot.
We use Crewmeister in the service industry: this saves us a lot of manual effort and allows us to focus on the essentials. The software is easy to use and the customer service is always helpful. The platform covers all of our needs, but the design could occasionally be a bit more intuitive.
