I didn't want to sleep with the window open anymore. It gets pretty warm in the summer. I got some great advice in 2017 and bought five screens right away. Great service, top-notch workmanship... I bought more screens in 2022 and just got another one. The quality and service haven't changed a bit. I’m very happy and extremely satisfied.

I have one more small suggestion: Perhaps you could include not only the IBAN but also the recipient’s name in the invoice footer (at first, I entered “Muggergittermacher” , then “DIE Muggergittermacher,” and kept getting the error message “Recipient details do not match the account details.” It wasn’t immediately clear to me who the recipient or account holder was

Overall, very good. The phone call to schedule the appointment was very friendly. The consultation took place promptly. The manufacturing and installation were also done quickly. The only downside is the price. Over 500 euros for two standard-sized windows is, in our opinion, way too expensive. Unfortunately, that prevented us from having four more windows and a light well installed. You guys are great, and the quality of your “Mugger grilles” is excellent too, but unfortunately, you’re just ridiculously expensive.

There's nothing better than these screen doors, which have been in our apartment for a long time. The only thing we were missing was the double door in the bedroom, which has now been installed!

Good quality, as expected, and a very nice installer came by to install it. I’m deducting a star because I think €120 for installation is a bit expensive. The installer put two screens in the windows, screwed a door in place, and was done in 20 minutes at most.

I’m surprised and very satisfied! First, I didn’t have to wait long on the phone, then I received excellent advice and a quick appointment. After a professional measurement of my windows, the installation went quickly and smoothly. Whether in the office, in the technical department, or on the installation team—all the employees were very friendly and professional. And the great result: My house is insect-free!

There are some differences in the workmanship. The fly screen is very good.
During installation, the employee didn’t drill the holes in the window frame properly. To insert the mounting pins on the right side into the holes (sleeves), he first modified the sleeves slightly and then “drilled” the holes in the fly screen frame largerso that the pins could now be inserted into the sleeves at an angle. Since the holes had already been drilled, there was probably no other option. So, the fly screen is very good, but the installation has significant flaws.
What’s more than just “very good”—in fact, exemplary—is the scheduling, appointment reminders, and, absolutely top-notch, adherence to deadlines.
