Since we’ve already moved to the beautiful North Sea coast, Mr. Pilz took complete charge of selling our apartment in Berlin. We didn’t even have to travel to Berlin for the notary appointment—he took care of that, too. We’re very happy that Falc handled everything so well for us.

Mr. Pilz sold our apartment (with a tenant still living there). The tenant wasn’t easy to deal with, but Mr. Pilz managed, through his approach, to make him very accommodating during the viewings. We’d like to thank him for that. And we’re happy with the sale price, even though it took longer than expected. But that wasn’t Mr. Pilz’s fault.
