Extremely accessible and quick to respond to all prospective buyers and to us as the sellers. Truly top-notch in both expertise and sales—not your “run-of-the-mill” real estate agent. Thank you so, so much!

The FALC team sold our rental apartment. It did take a while, but that’s typical in Berlin with the rent control law. Investor sentiment is pretty subdued... Thanks again, Mr. Pilz, and all the best to you.

Mr. Pilz is honest and tells you what’s possible and what isn’t. He doesn’t make empty promises just to get the job. There are still good, trustworthy real estate agents out there.

The project was handled in a highly organized and meticulously planned manner. Mr. Pilz sold our “problem property” (an apartment building with a restaurant) in a very short amount of time. Thanks again to the team—and also to his wife—for the tax advice. That really saved us money!

Sale of a fully rented apartment building in Berlin by Mr. Pilz. Everything went absolutely perfectly. This included tax advice from his wife, which she provided free of charge. Great service!

Since we’ve already moved to the beautiful North Sea coast, Mr. Pilz took complete charge of selling our apartment in Berlin. We didn’t even have to travel to Berlin for the notary appointment—he took care of that, too. We’re very happy that Falc handled everything so well for us.

FALC Real Estate: Mr. Pilz sold our house quickly and in a very organized manner. You can tell he has a college education. Unlike the amateur real estate agents here in Berlin.

Mr. Pilz sold our apartment (with a tenant still living there). The tenant wasn’t easy to deal with, but Mr. Pilz managed, through his approach, to make him very accommodating during the viewings. We’d like to thank him for that. And we’re happy with the sale price, even though it took longer than expected. But that wasn’t Mr. Pilz’s fault.

We were interested in an apartment listed by Mr. Pilz. The property description was well-prepared, and all the necessary documents were provided. Unfortunately, a sudden rise in interest rates put an end to our plans. Nevertheless, thank you very much for your patience and support!

As buyers, Mr. Pilz gave us very sincere and honest advice. No pressure to buy, always fact-based. If only all real estate agents worked this way. Thank you to you and your team!
