Not only did the gentlemen work very quickly, but they were also extremely thorough, and everything arrived at its destination in perfect condition. Thank you very much for that.

A cheerful, professional team of four showed up and, at an incredible pace, hauled the entire apartment—including the piano and a heavy wooden chest of drawers—down from the 5th floor and back up to the new apartment on the 3rd floor. Those guys really impressed me. Thank you!

On moving day, the moving boxes were stacked four high in the living room; the furniture wasn't assembled until two days later. While the used moving boxes were picked up, the ones we didn't need weren't, and we didn't receive a credit for them either.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. When it came to the consultation, perhaps someone should have taken a look at the apartment beforehand.

The flexibility, on move day we did not have that many boxes to move but instead more furniture to disassemble and rebuild and that did not cause a problem. Also that there is no minimum hours to charge. It is difficult to know before hand how many boxes you will have and also like in our case we realized something in last minute that we can not move over etc. Everything also went fast :)

Customer service I rated average because sometimes it was difficult to reach someone, but otherwise service was good.
