Once again, I had a great experience with TipTop Umzug GmbH and felt I got excellent value for my money. The movers, Georgi and Dominik, were super nice and, thanks to their seamless teamwork, worked quickly and kept at it until the truck was empty.
In general, I think that these moving heroes, given the physical nature of their work and their 6-day workweek, definitely deserve 30 days of vacation.

Overall, my experience with Tip Top was very good. The team arrived on time in the morning and did a great job in just a few hours. We had a minor issue, but we were lucky to find a parking spot for the large truck. I would have liked to have been told in advance how big the pickup truck was—it was actually quite tall. But in the end, everything went great.

The staff were very friendly and handled our move to our complete satisfaction. We’d definitely use them again and highly recommend them. TOP-NOTCH. The name says it all!

On Thursday, when our aunt moved from Munich to Ulm, we were supported by the hard-working helpers, Mr. Andi and Mr. Zezo from "Der Tip Top Umzug". And what can I say - everything went tip top. From the prompt and very friendly contact by Mr. Wittmann after my online request, the preparation of the fair offer, the installation of the no stopping signs a few days before the planned move, and the move itself. On the day of the move, punctually at the agreed time, the easily recognizable vehicle rolled up. Two friendly employees politely introduced themselves and only needed our attention briefly. Mr. Andi was shown the rooms and the furniture, as well as the boxes and appliances to be taken along... . In the meantime, Mr. Zezo prepared everything. There were no loud "commands, shouts or anything like that". Everything was done very calmly and considerately, and the goods were handled very carefully. Nobody in the building complained about noise or noticeable restrictions. The elevators were not permanently blocked - the residents always had priority. Moving into our new home was just as quiet and careful. What thrilled us was the first piece of furniture! So that our aunt didn't have to stand for long, her comfortable armchair was immediately made available for her. You could feel the joy the two of them took in their task and their sensitivity for older people. Even the snacks, coffee, pretzels and cookies they provided couldn't stop their enthusiasm.

Everything went great. They were friendly and understanding. This is my second move with TipTop, and I’m still satisfied. A quick phone call beforehand would have been helpful so I could have prepared better for the move myself. But they didn’t need that at all. :)
