I was unsure at first because I had never heard of both HWI and Proven Expert. In the end, however, I took out liability and comprehensive insurance for my S-pedelec there. The first claim has already occurred and I am very satisfied and grateful for the professional, speedy and uncomplicated processing.

I received competent advice even before signing the contract. In the event of a claim, I received very good personal support and prompt status reports. The claim was settled very unbureaucratically within a few days.
