I am a retrainee at eb24 myself. I get a lot out of it. Customer service is number 1 here. We have also purchased contracts and several things. The advice each time was always 1A. The staff are all always very courteous, friendly and with a lot of professional knowledge.

Extremely nice staff, competent appearance, good advice and committed to all customer requests.
My visit to the store was a complete success. Especially now, where electricity and gas prices are rising steadily and it is not easy to still have the overview; a super help to keep track of all important contracts and to always achieve the best price / performance ratio. Also with questions approximately around Internet, telephone and entertainment technology, and/or modern television, absolutely the correct partner.
Above all, pictorial representations of price differences and offers, between individual providers, help the "layman" to understand the whole thing.
I thank you for the great advice and look forward to a good and professional cooperation with the whole team.
