After my FDS 100 wireless window transmitter started malfunctioning intermittently, I suspected a loose connection. The manufacturer, Schabus, offered me a free inspection and repair without any hassle. The device was returned fully repaired after just one week—they even covered the return shipping costs.
After installation, the range hood is working perfectly again. You rarely experience such customer-friendly service these days. Many thanks to the entire Schabus team for this accommodating and quick assistance! I’m so happy that the range hood is working again. Thank you, thank you, thank you—simply TOP!!!

I broke my FDS 100 transmitter while changing the battery. After contacting Schabus, I was asked to send in the defective transmitter. A week later, it came back fully repaired, with no charge and no shipping costs. I installed the transmitter right away, and now the range hood is working again. I’ve rarely experienced such great service—many thanks to Schabus!
