We’ve been using a window contact switch from Schauspieler for our range hood for about two years, but it suddenly stopped working. The kitchen showroom wanted to sell us a NEW one. After a very friendly and knowledgeable phone call with Ms. Kreizinger from Schabus, we sent in the defective switch and received it back, repaired and free of charge, after just a few days. Thank you very much for this. Excellent service.

The heating system failed because the CO detector stopped working due to age and shut down the heating system as a safety measure. I ordered a replacement CO detector from the Elektrotechnik Schabus online store, and the part was delivered by DHL the very next day. So, a good selection of parts in the online store, plus fast shipping. It took less than 39 hours from the time the system failed until the heating was back up and running. Thanks to Schabus’s excellent service—this was yet another outstanding experience. Schabus is highly recommended.
