I broke my FDS 100 transmitter while changing the battery. After contacting Schabus, I was asked to send in the defective transmitter. A week later, it came back fully repaired, with no charge and no shipping costs. I installed the transmitter right away, and now the range hood is working again. I’ve rarely experienced such great service—many thanks to Schabus!

I had a faulty window switch and was able to send it in without any trouble after they reached out to me. After inspecting the part, they sent me a new window switch free of charge.
The communication was always very friendly and courteous.

The transmitter of the FDS 100 radio air extraction control was defective after two and a half years. The damage was repaired immediately and as a gesture of goodwill. Sent away on Monday, back on Friday and immediately ready for use again. Top!
